Before submitting your manuscript, please confirm the following:

Manuscript File

• The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal
• The manuscript follows the structure and formatting outlined in the Author Guidelines
• All figures and tables are numbered, captioned, and referenced in the text
• References follow APA 7th edition and are complete and accurate
• The manuscript has been checked for spelling and grammar

Author Information

• All author names, affiliations, and the corresponding author's contact details are correctly listed
• Author contributions are clearly stated
• Any conflicts of interest are disclosed

Ethical Requirements

• Ethical approval details are included, where applicable
• Informed consent statements are included, where applicable
• Funding sources are disclosed

For Applied Research / Case Study Submissions

• The implementation context (organization, industry, or setting) is clearly described
• Measured outcomes are reported, distinct from projected or anticipated results
• Limitations of the implementation are honestly discussed

Data and Materials

• A data availability statement is included, in accordance with the Research Data Policy
• Underlying datasets and code, where applicable, are deposited in a recognized public repository, or a justification for restricted access is provided

Generative AI Disclosure

• Any use of generative AI tools in the preparation of the manuscript is disclosed, in accordance with the Generative AI Policy

Submission Files

• Title page (with author details) is submitted as a separate file from the anonymized manuscript, to support double-anonymized review
• Figures are submitted as high-resolution separate files
• A cover letter is included, briefly describing the manuscript's contribution and confirming it meets the journal's submission requirements
